Ever heard of the junk food effect?

This is what you experience when you get it…

Fatigue, lower immunity, weaker bones and muscles, poorer brain function, high cholesterol, high blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, depression, wrinkled skin and brittle hair…

Now, you’d think ‘the junk food effect’ was something to worry people who regularly scoff Burger Kings, KFC and MacDonalds.

But it’s not…

You might avoid fast food entirely and STILL suffer from the junk food effect.

Take a look at this new report, which reveals the reason why you might be feeling so ill…

Why the doctor might have missed the true cause…

And how to add something really powerful to your daily diet that will return some of your energy, vigour and strength in the next 35 days.

As you’ll see in the report, ‘junk food effect’ actually refers to something that affects us all…

No matter how ‘healthy’ you think your diet is.

Why your vegetables are getting unheathier

A 2004 study of fruit and veg found that nutrients like protein, calcium, iron and vitamin C had significantly declined in crops since 1950.

This is blamed on farmers selecting crops for higher yields and choosing those that are more pest resistant.
Those are all true…

But, worryingly, some scientists think there is another factor…

Rising global temperatures and rising carbon dioxide levels are also lowering the amounts of nutrients in crops.

Scientist Irakli Loladze says, “Every leaf and every grass blade on earth makes more and more sugars as CO2 levels keep rising… we are witnessing the greatest injection of carbohydrates into the biosphere in human history―[an] injection that dilutes other nutrients in our food supply.”

You’d think from your school biology that plants love CO2 so more is a good thing…

But while CO2 boosts photosynthesis, it makes plants increase carbohydrate levels at the expense of other nutrients.

The effect is really troubling…

Slowly, gradually, our nutritional intake is being undermined…

What we eat, just doesn’t do it for us like it used to…

And if that’s bad news for relatively healthy-eating people, think about those who don’t eat fruit and veg every day.

As I’ve mentioned, some of the symptoms include inflammation, tiredness, poor immune system, weak bones and muscles, foggy thinking, high cholesterol, high blood sugar levels and high blood pressure.

If these things worry you, take a look at this report, which reveals how to get back in control of your daily health: how to super-charge your nutrient intake

What a Chlorophyll boost could do for you

Chlorophyll is a green pigment which plants use to convert light into energy. It’s also good for us… REALLY good for us, in fact.

The best source of it is Chlorella, a single-celled, freshwater algae with more chlorophyll content than any other plant and an impressive range of health benefits:

  • Stronger muscles and bones – Chlorella is full of protein and vitamin B12, which are proven to maintain muscle mass and healthy bones, support the nervous system, and reduce fatigue.

  • Lowers inflammation – It decreases NFκB, TNF-alpha, nitric oxide, and inflammatory enzymes (COX, LOX, MPO).

  • Lowers cholesterol – Chlorella daily can lower LDL cholesterol and triglycerides in people with high blood pressure or high cholesterol.

  • Lowers blood pressure – A study shows that people with high blood pressure found positive effects after taking four grams of chlorella every day for 12 weeks.

  • Weight loss – A 2014 study found that a chlorophyll supplement boosted weight loss and reduced harmful cholesterol levels.

  • Protection from toxins – Chlorella binds to harmful metals so it’s easier for your body to remove them through waste. In animal studies, chlorella has been found to weaken the heavy metal toxicity of the liver, brain and kidneys.

  • Disease protection – Chlorophyll binds to potential carcinogens, preventing them being absorbed in your intestines, then circulated in your body to your heart and other organs.

  • Healthy eyes – Chlorella contains lutein and zeaxanthin, carotenoids that lower the risk of macular degeneration.

  • Better gut function – Chlorella boosts B12 levels for better gut function and lower blood sugar levels to help combat diabetes.

  • More brain power – Chlorella contains polyphenolic acids, which activate glutathione, one of the most potent antioxidants for your brain.

  • Lower hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal response, which reduces stress.

This is why chlorella has to be the ultimate ‘super green’ and why you should try it for the next month.

Take a diary of your pain levels, muscle stiffness, tiredness, ability to concentrate and weight every day – see the effects for yourself.

There’s a 35-day trial, so if you aren’t 100% convinced that it’s working for you, send it back for a refund.  It’s no hassle at all – that’s what the trial is there for!

But if you’ve been feeling under the weather recently and don’t know why, consider this as an option. It’s like getting the maximum out of your green veg, every day, and no more junk food effect.

Enjoy what remains of your weekend and I’ll be back with more in the week.
