How to twist away the most dangerous fat

Previously I have explained why diets don’t usually work.

Or, more accurately… why choosing a radical diet isn’t a magic bullet solution that solves your problems within a few months.

A twist you can do each morning (or night) to fight belly fat.

Imagine this…

You get up in the morning and spent ten minutes twisting to the left and right. Nothing heavy or aggressive… nothing that causes a strain or requires huge cardiovascular activity…. something you can do in a bedroom or bathroom in private, away from family and prying eyes.

Once you’re done, that’s it – you can get on with your life.

This is why they’re often thought of as things you “put up with” and given cutesy names like “love handles”.
